Such record interest rates and a shortage of real estate, combined with a housing boom during the coronavirus, caused the average property value in the US to increase by 17% in the past 2021, which has been a very noticeable increase for several decades. Analysts predict that next year prices will increase by another 5%, and in 2024 this figure will be 4%.
