OVERVIEW

The villa is located on the coast of the Bay of Kotor in a village with the beautiful name of Dobrota, two kilometers from the ancient fortress city of Kotor. Due to its unique location and beauty, the Bay of Kotor is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. A mountain ridge separates this unique place from Tivat Airport, which eliminates any inconveniences associated with the movement of aircraft, but thanks to the newly laid mountain tunnel, the road from the airport to the villa takes only 15 minutes.The villa, built in 1985, was renovated in 2011 in a Mediterranean style. It has five apartments on four floors. Each apartment has a main sea view and its own separate entrance. On the spacious territory there is a swimming pool with adult and children's sections, a detached barbecue house, a spacious outdoor veranda-grape room, a garage for three cars and four Parking spaces next to the house. The distance to the sea is 200 meters by road or three minutes on foot. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, i.e. no more than 100 meters.  1st floor:Apartment with a total area of 45 m2 - fireplace room-studio; bathroom, equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle).The apartment has a total area of 35 m2 with a separate entrance. Structure: kitchen-living room; bedroom; bathroom. The kitchen is also equipped.  2nd floor:Apartments with a total area of 75 m2 - spacious equipped kitchen-dining room, spacious living room; two bedrooms; bathroom; open veranda.  3rd floor:Apartments with a total area of 75 m2 - equipped kitchen; spacious living-dining room; three bedrooms; bathroom; balcony-veranda.  Attic:Apartments with a total area of 75 m2 - equipped kitchen-dining room; living room; two bedrooms; bathroom; two balconies-verandas.All Apartments are equipped with: air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, TV (satellite with Russian and foreign channels), DVD, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, dryer.
