OVERVIEW

Project of a 4+ star hotel, which is located in the Old City, near the Cable-Bridge.

Basic parameters of the project:

1. Reconstruction of the existing building (in the very center of Riga, 150m from the presidential building, at the entrance to the Old Town, overlooking the river and Central Park, total area 6 100m2)

2. The building is a well-known monument of the Art Nouveau-style (built in 1906 by the famous architect)

3. The building is located on the corner and has two facades

4. The project provides the reconstruction of the building for a Hotel 4+, 129 rooms with a large SPA, including a swimming pool.

At the moment, we got several offers of operational contract  from operator (most powerful and successful networks operating in the Baltic countries).

The operators has made a business plan, based on the analysis of the market and data on hotels in their control. Here is agreement for a full design project with a well-known and experienced architectural company specializing in the design and renovation of hotels.
