OVERVIEW

The two-level villa was created with reference to the style of "functionalism", and combines the signs of this style in a modern interpretation. The free layout of the interior space, the picturesque arrangement of balconies, terraces and flat roofs, as well as large glazed surfaces create an organic picture with the environment.

The composition of the building is formed from a combination of one-story and two-story volumes.

The one-storey volume contains a "living-kitchen" area with high ceilings, panoramic views of the garden and access to a covered outdoor terrace. The two-storey volume includes a garage, ancillary premises and a sleeping area on the second floor.

The copper plates used for the facade with integrated decorative stripes give a special accent to the discreet gray decorative plaster of the walls. The wood furnishings used in the entrance area, the terrace roofing and the ceiling cladding add comfort to the building. In the dark, the architectural details of the façade are accentuated by built-in LED lighting.

Functionality and modern clarity of form are the main values ​​of this project.
