Alicante takes the leading position among the Spanish cities, which are very popular among investors from Russia. The share of requests for the purchase of housing here from Russians is more than 26%. Compared to the summer period, the popularity of the region has grown by 1.5 times.

The cities that took second and third places also show very high rates:
- Torrevieja - more than 22% of the total number of requests from Russian buyers (compared to the summer, the figure dropped slightly);
- Marbella - 11.5% (the popularity of the village showed the most rapid growth - by more than 62%, compared to summer indicators).
Most Russian investors who wish to move to these and other cities in Spain are from Moscow.
