The Golden Visa Program of Greece - Golden Ticket for Investors

Greek Golden Visa program is getting more and more popular among non-EU investors. This program makes it possible for such investors to obtain a Golden Visa by purchasing property for minimum of 250,000 euros.

The program is still operating, and currently it is not known when it might come to an end. According to the Hellenic Central Bank, real estate investment from foreign investors is expected to break record this year, and possibly reach 1.7 billion euros. Average price per square meter in Greece is around 1800 euros.
