The reason for such a sharp increase in interest in luxury real estate outside the city was due to the fact that people were forced to stay at home for a very long time. Many decided to move to private houses, and the wealthiest investors chose the chateau for this.

It should be noted that chateaux are now becoming more and more popular among foreign investors. They are more often interested in objects that are located away from large cities.
