Russians have become one of the main investors in real estate in Turkey

Investors from Russia account for more than a quarter of real estate transactions in the country.
According to information from the Turkish Institute of Statistics, over 16,000 properties were purchased by Russians in 2022. This represents an increase of more than 200% compared to 2021.
In some regions, such as Antalya, the share of foreigners who bought real estate exceeded 75%.
