One of the most expensive real estate transactions concluded in New York

In the skyscraper next to the "street of billionaires" in Manhattan, an unknown person bought two apartments for 157.5 million USD. This investment has become one of the largest in New York history. We are talking about apartments on the 60th and 61st floors with an area of ​​550 sq. m (each apartment occupies an entire floor). The cost of each of them:

• $82.5 million - on the 60th floor;
• $75 million - on the 61st floor.

Also included in the deal was a studio located on the 18th floor.

So who bought the apartments?

Despite the fact that the apartments were bought from the owners, neither their names nor the name of the buyer were disclosed. Limited liability companies were involved in the deal.
