Man-made island with a gorgeous palace - a new lot for sale in the US real estate market

A private island in Palm Beach, created by human hands over 80 years ago, has become the most expensive lot in the American real estate market. Now its price is $210 million. However, the property owner is offering the potential buyer a great discount.

Terms of a transaction

The owner of the island offers two options for the purchase and sale of the island:

• in the first case, one will have to pay the full amount, but for this the seller undertakes to expand the area of ​​the house, as well as to carry out major repairs in it;
• in the second case, the buyer can pay only 50% of the total amount, but it will only be possible to receive the object in the form in which it is now.

At the moment the building of the palace has 11 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms. Upon payment of the full amount it is planned to complete the construction of 6 bedrooms, 2 swimming pools and a garage.
