Entry of Russian tourists to Greece has been extended until June 21
Starting from fall and almost up until the end of spring quotas were in force in Greece for Russian citizens wishing to visit this country. On May 14th this restriction was lifted for a month.

Starting from fall and almost up until the end of spring quotas were in force in Greece for Russian citizens wishing to visit this country. On May 14th this restriction was lifted for a month. However on June 14th the decision was made to extend the possibility of entering the country for Russian tourists until June 21st. In addition, during this period there is no mandatory requirement to undergo a seven-day quarantine upon arrival in Greece.

What does one need to visit the country?

To cross the border with Greece, you must fill out a special electronic form with contact information in advance (your contacts in Greece must be indicated). In addition, you must have one of the following documents:

  • vaccination certificate;
  • negative PCR test;
  • a certificate confirming the recovery from COVID-19 (with confirmation of the presence of antibodies).

All specified documents must be official and issued by government agencies.
