OVERVIEW

The room consists of two parts: a restaurant and a bistro terrace.
The restaurant consists of several interconnected rooms that form a Mediterranean fishing style hall.
The Restaurant and Bar are connected by an open staircase. The bar is on the lower level.
At the center of the sun terrace is the pool surrounded by tables for clients wishing to combine a variety of Mediterranean dishes with outdoor seating.

The terrace on the lower level is owned by the community but is for private use only. All costs for the maintenance of the terrace and pool are borne by the Community of Owners.
The total area is 575 M2, of which 510 M2 is a room, 65 M2 is a terrace.
The premise is intended for a dining room, kitchen and also 1 apartment of 70 m2.
